I not once BUT TWICE had a very bad experience with a heimstra optical office in SW MI. First bad interaction was during my eye exam. Not only was the lady extremely rude she would not give me an explanation as to why the FIRST AREA of frames I was directed to wouldnt work AFTER I was told those were the options I had to pick from. Employees need to learn how to treat people with more respect and not take their frustration out on customers.
They sent me a refund check and when I tried to cash it at Chase I could not get it cashed because it told the teller that the check could not be cashed on this account. Why would they send me a check that couldn’t be cashed on the account that it was written against?
Terrible leadership. MVP bought a successful practice that I worked for and destroyed it. MVP would not respond to emails or help address any problems that employees had. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
