RecommendedI accompanied my elderly aunt to her appointment. My aunt wasn't able to move from her wheelchair to the exam chair, so Dr. Bencker found ways to move the equipment around to my aunt. My aunt has Alzheimer's, and Dr. Bencker's calm demeanor helped my aunt feel comfortable and relaxed. People with dementia can easily becomed overwhelmed when in new surroundings, but my aunt enjoyed her time at Midwest Vision and with Dr. Bencker.
I recently bought a pair of glasses there and they broke as I put them on. They will not do anything to replace them. They also didn't have the nerve to call me, they passed them off to my husband. Needless to say we won't be going back there anymore.

These ladies were so accommodating they offered me multiple options and they literally helped me until we found a solution today because I really needed my glasses customer service has changed over the years and I’m so glad that the two of you are doing what you do you are amazing keep it up and I’m thankful for getting my vision back today !
RecommendedI have had great service from the entire staff at Midwest Vision Centers. From the second I walked into the door I was greeted with a smile. Dr. April Austing was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. They also wrote out and explained pricing multiple times so I was clear on what I was getting, the breakdown in prices, AND they knew exactly what my insurance covered so I was not left in the dark guessing. The storefront is clean, professional, welcoming, and they have a huge selection of glasses.
