I recently bought a pair of glasses there and they broke as I put them on. They will not do anything to replace them. They also didn't have the nerve to call me, they passed them off to my husband. Needless to say we won't be going back there anymore.

Customer Service is awesome - very attentive and extremely knowledgeable on the insurance side of the experience. Dr. Connelly is a great doc. He takes time to get to know you and listens to what you have to say. He works hard to find you a solution.
Friendly & helpful staff. Large selection with affordable prices. I went in to get a new pair of glasses and I was very happy with the service and at how quick I received my glasses. I’d highly recommend!
I went in Today with my glasses broken. These ladies were so accommodating they offered me multiple options and they literally helped me until we found a solution today because I really needed my glasses customer service has changed over the years and I’m so glad that the two of you are doing what you do you are amazing keep it up and I’m thankful for getting my vision back today !
