Absolutely terrible service. We ordered a crossbuck fence and it came with no paperwork no instructions. I’ve had to call and email the company 4 to 5 times to figure out how to build this and put it together! The clips to hold the fence together came in a Ziploc baggie and when you call the company they tell you oh we do not have any installation instructions on that fence! how do you sell product with absolutely zero installation instructions?
