We love the whole staff here. We have a cat, 2 kittens and 2 ferrets, all of them receive care here and we have been nothing but happy and comfortable with everything and everyone! Adding to my previous review: This whole staff is truly the best thing to happen to our family! Our oldest cat was an outdoor cat that started following us inside, becoming an indoor/outdoor (not great - we know!!! our other cats stay inside - Keep your cats inside!!!!) He’ll noooo!!!! Don’t!
Just giving 1 star because of thier response to someone's review, and thier kitty passed away. But this business response to them was very unprofessional and cruel pretty much blaming them. Honestly how they reacted to that person's review makes me not want my pet in thier care.
Everyone was so kind and patient with my cat who gets veterinary anxiety. And even paused on the exam when he was becoming too stressed to further cause him any trauma. We came back the next week to finish his exam. They were very open about the side effects of vaccines and medications. Also very upfront about pricing and even helped me save a few bucks. An awesome neighborhood vet, that I will be bringing my other cat to as well!
