Roger Schoenfeld is an arrogant Dr, he believes that water will fix anything and everything wrong. He has poor bedside manner and is dismissive of all concerns. He makes you feel like an ant is utterly out of line with his questions to patients. If you are ever referred to him run the other way. He doesn't think before he speaks and is way past his Dr years.
My husband went in with kidney stones. Dr. Schoenfeld came in that evening after working all day and did Surgery. Great Doctor!!
Avoid this office at all costs! Doctor was very nice, but the office lady “Donna” is incredibly rude. The entire experience was a fight from the beginning and I always showed them respect but didn’t receive it back. The only time I could get them to actually do what they said they would do, is when I had my wife call them. There is one office lady that was very nice and seemed to try, but I never got her name
Scheduling was good, front desk was normal no issues. I was left in the exam room to wait on doctor, and that’s when the experience went down hill. The doctor walked in, portly man in his late 60’s maybe older, and I kid you not the first thing he says to me is do you smoke Marijuana? Which I said , “ yes it’s for my anxiety. He goes well it “pickles your balls”. I said , okay and? . His next words are well your hear for testosterone issue so it’s the marijuana. Thought maybe it was just me but the receptionist is truelly just rude. I brought my husband up for his first treatment and she wanted to reschedule him because he did not feel good. I told her he never feels good so he needed to go ahead and do the treatment as I can not take off another day to come with him she actually slammed the window shut but then had to reopen it to ask for payment. If we had another place to get this done we would but it is either here which is close to home or a drive 3+ hours to KU once a week for... read more
