Scheduling was good, front desk was normal no issues. I was left in the exam room to wait on doctor, and that’s when the experience went down hill. The doctor walked in, portly man in his late 60’s maybe older, and I kid you not the first thing he says to me is do you smoke Marijuana? Which I said , “ yes it’s for my anxiety. Thought maybe it was just me but the receptionist is truelly just rude. I brought my husband up for his first treatment and she wanted to reschedule him because he did not feel good. I told her he never feels good so he needed to go ahead and do the treatment as I can not take off another day to come with him she actually slammed the window shut but then had to reopen it to ask for payment. This Dr. Was quite rude & Inconsiderate And somewhat of a smart mouth....
I tried to get appt for my husband and the office staff are the worst I have ever had to deal with. His previous Dr in OKC sent his records to them 3 times and they still cannot find them. Some how the Dr needs to do some office cleaning. He cannot get appointments because of his inadequate staff. Grace I think her name is always said I will call you back and not once did she call. I finally ask to speak to her supervisor and she said she’s busy right now. I said I don’t care if she’s busy or not you put her on the phone. Af... read more
The doctor was wonderful but his staff was very rude and argued with us about our insurance policy that we tried to keep explaining we don’t get a card To show proof of insurance we just have a policy number because that’s how the military operates even the military insurance people told us that they have never had a card In the 25 years that she’s worked there!!! I will not go back because of the staff
