We just bought a Ford Explorer from them. They seem to be really great and friendly people, and they are very honest. We got a fair trade in and everything was handled very smoothly.
RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS DEALER! I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Within 500 miles of me receiving the vehicle it went to the Ford dealership multiple times for check engine lights. That’s not even the worst part. While checking the vehicle out Midwest told me it had no accidents and gave me a false Carfax report showing no accidents on the vehicle. I wouldn't even give him a one-star except for I had to just to get on here and write a review of the way that these people like to take advantage of senior citizens the owner was very rude the sun has no knowledge of vehicles tried to tell us that we had a oil leak when it was a power steering leak it clearly just is not trained to be assessing whether vehicle is worth let alone the father just he seen the truck that we traded in and then had all kinds of complaints about it I would steer anybody and everybody away from tha... read more
