good place
I recently experienced a failure somewhere in the backflow valve/pump setup which resulted in a great deal of water soaking my living room carpet. I reached out to the company and was told I am still under warranty and replacement parts could be sent. Great! Sounded great. But now I have received ZERO follow up. Zero information on parts. Zero answers about my warranty. I've emailed 3 additional times as well as calling. Nothing.
