Horrible, the driver tried picking up another client along the way mind you it was myself my 7 year old disabled son, his skilled duty nurse and my 4 year old, the driver insisted I take my 4th year old out of his booster seat to allow room for the new cluent, I refused so they dropped me off at my son's appt at 10 am then didn't pick us up until 6:30pm for our return ride home and told me bc I refused to let the woman catch a ride it put them behind and that's why it took 7 hours for our return ride, then a few months later... read more
