it was 4 years ago with the same thing they did not rebuilded trasfercase with the same problem they put parts that did not work on my truck ! and did not stand behind there work and said its been too long . they had my old trasfercase as a core before they started the rebuild wrong yokes on both end did not match with my driveshaft . after month and a half with Tim on this nitpicky and spending $150.oo plus laber witch total 8 hours and tryed too send the old parts back plus shipping cost too have them say the parts are no... read more

buyer beware... I purchased a NP435 from them and it was defective. They sent a transmission that was immediately popping out of third gear and tough as sh*t/grinding to get into 2nd and 3rd. So much for their advertised dyno tested and quality control process. I called them and had to pay my local shop to pull the defective transmission (after paying for install).. they forced me to pay upfront for a second NP435. Thats right, Midwest would not ship a new one and claimed i could be trying to scam them. Insult to inju... read more
