I recently dealt with MTG's customer service. I read of the complaints listed and was obviously a bit apprehensive. We exchanged several emails concerning an issue with an RC X4 Drone problem. The item was covered under the product warranty. I did have to pay for the shipping to the company. Not unheard of. After (1) brief shipping delay due to a back order, I received the new replacement RC X4 Drone as promised. I appreciate the company replacing the drone as per their policy.
The Track & Find product they distribute under *****" and "*********** (which is a trademark violation) is garbage. Documentation is in 4-5pt type (yes, that small), says it works on "any Bluetooth device" when it does not work on laptops, and the support person is a horses patoot of a whippersnapper (since I can't swear on this site). Doesn't work on an **** with an OS newer than what is required. Doesn't paint the map, he says "use Google" and that's the default.
