Customer service is garbage. They might make decent tools but if you have an issue, don't expect a reply. Won't be buying anything from this company in the future.
Only complaint is there are no distributors within 100 miles and I work out of detroit... Being a company out of michigan you'd think they would have a way of buying their tools. I don't trust amazon to sell me the tools you guys make. I want a store I can walk in with an owner you have an agreement with.
