Want a title company to misinform you? Want them to wait over a year to inform you you owe money? Want them to threaten litigation as a first resort when they misplace the check you sent without contacting you at all? If you answered yes to these questions they are the company for you. I guess the paperwork was done “right” just inaccurately portrayed and handled absolutely unprofessionally from there on. Absolutely will not be recommending them to anyone.
Title insurance companies tend to be very helpful and we rely on them to navigate us through property transfers, building a home, etc. They are often the "quarterback" at the mortgage closing, for example.
