I’ve been dying for 11 years and it’s this Doctor in cowboy boots fault!
I have called several times to get an appointment with Dr. Spencer and each time I get the same excuses as to why I can't get an appointment. 1) We are going through a system update and are short staffed, 2) the scheduler is not in today. I don't understand what it is with the lazy, rude staff at Olathe Medical Center. Everyone of them that I interact with acts like it a major inconvenience to them that you are breathing. PS.
