We have been extremely impressed with the honest customer service at Midwest Supply Inc. We ordered our custom filters and paid in full online. However, we quickly received an email from the company stating that we did not have to pay more for the size we ordered, that they did have it in standard stock... issuing a significant refund quite quickly. I would highly recommend this honest company!
