Thank you so much to Greg and his team for the wonderful job on our sunroom roof. After acquiring damage to our sunroom roof from a storm, we contacted multiple companies that would not work with us at all without replacing the entire sunroom. Thankfully we found Midwest sunrooms and outdoor living because they got the job done perfectly and were very easy to work with!
Had Midwest sunroom’s out and installed sunroom on deck last year. Have had nothing but problems keeping water out since then! Very poor design to keep water out. This is the 3rd time taking flooring out! Due to hard rain,sorry Gregg but you have never really fix any of the problems we have had with many calls and when did show up still had issues. Do not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would. Hired them to build a patio cover for my mother. They would show up one day do a little work and then we would not see or hear from them for a week or two. The started the job I. October of 2024 and today is March 9th of 2025 and the work is still not done. Numerous calls texts and emails to the owner Greg and no response. Stay far far away from this company if you actually want the work done.
Greg and Teddy were awesome to work with. They built me a 4 season room and new deck and i love both. They were very responsive to any question or concern i had, which is refreshing in an industry where its common to never receive a call back. Reach out to them you wont find better customer service!
