My husband met with Greg in October of 2025. Hopes were to have the sun room done in December but he said January was more likely. Long story short there were promises, excuses, no shows, no responses, etc. and these pics are what we have! They ruined landscaping, perennials, wood, etc.! Storms keep coming and damage increases!! The worst part is we’ve already paid for almost all of a good, complete, professional job done and it’s not near there!!!!!!!
The work was supposed to start the last week of April. No show, then found out our order was messed up, but they would come out and get started, no show. Left many messages, no return calls. When I did get through to find out why the work hadn't started as of May 7th, was told "give me 15 minutes, I'll get back to you...nothing. 20K into this, so far regretting working with this company. Greg and his team did an excellent job on my deck and it was done in a timely manner! Everyone that I met was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend Midwest Sunrooms to my friends and family! Thank you, guys! That’s a job well done!
