I cannot say enough great things about MSP! In just my first 8 weeks, staff and fellow members have encouraged this once out of shape newbie to lose 3.5% body fat! I feel stronger, fitter, and healthier every day. Hope they like me because I am never leaving!

The coaches here are so helpful and knowledgeable. They help you figure out substitute moves that work for you and your body. I have attended another gym before this one where the sense of community was completely absent, and I don’t have that issue here. People are kind, approachable, and encouraging, and you could ask anyone for help not just the coaches.
