An incredible gym! Such a supportive team of coaches! Jimmy's energy is UNREAL and he's such a great motivator. He's a huge reason as to why I've stayed consistent in my training.

I was looking for a place to do private weight training in order to help me improve my osteoporosis. I feel so lucky to have found MSP. I had never done this type of training before and was a little intimidated, but the team is so welcoming, and encouraging. Easy to track your progress. Kael is my trainer and he's great. I actually look forward to my sessions. And I'm excited that through the training I was able to improve my spine bone density by 7%. Can't wait to see what another year can do for me.

I cannot say enough great things about MSP! In just my first 8 weeks, staff and fellow members have encouraged this once out of shape newbie to lose 13.5% body fat! I feel stronger, fitter, and healthier every day. Hope they like me because I am never leaving!

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and is very dedicated to their patrons. This place is applicable for all ages and types of people. I have a lot of friends who come here for their children. Midwest works with a lot of teen athletes, but they also have a lot of average people just like me that are looking to get into shape. The service is amazing and is definitely worth checking out. They also have other two other locations.
