Growing up, I avoided gym class at all costs. Never in a million years would I have guessed that I'd become the person willingly showing up for 5 a.m. workouts! The right environment changes everything, and that's exactly what I found at MSP. The coaches are incredible, and thanks to the strength and conditioning classes and personal training with Coach Andy, I've seen so much progress in just a few months. If you're looking for a supportive gym that meets you where you are and helps you grow, I can't recommend MSP enough!

This place is great. I have always been intimated by strength training but I started personal training twice per week two months ago and I have noticed physical changes, increased strength and better functionality in everyday life. People of all levels are welcomed here and the community is so motivating. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success. Signed up almost one year ago, was the best decision I could have made for my health. Classes are fantastic, coaches are great, the additional support around fitness and nutrition have changed the way I look and feel. Highly Recommend
