Midwest StormTech and owner John Scorfina were hired to put a new roof on a home in Aug of 2016. Work was completed in mid-August and owner was issued a 10 year transferable warranty (that covers the roof work through mid Aug 2026). No problems with the roof until the fall of 2021. Solid company with world-class customer service!
John provided a timely quote and quick service for a last minute repair job I needed done. Cannot recommend him enough.
I hired Midwest StormTech to fix a leak in my siding surrounding a window. The leak persists, but I can't get John to come back. I also can't get him to return a phone call. We've set up a time for him to repair the leak, but he didn't show. He says he called and texted, but I'm pretty good at operating a phone and can tell you that he did neither of those things.
