This company is a disaster. I ordered one simple part. After a week I called to ask delivery. I was told the work was in process and should be shipped shorfly. Two days later I called and inquired again. Was told still in process. So I upgraded the shipping to 2-day. Two days later I called and was told the order was ready to be shipped. I ordered an aluminum sheet 32" x 33" it was said to be shipped FedEx, but then later was shipped Spee dee delivery which caused tracking issues in a FedEx system. It arrived quickly to the FedEx pick-up center in Chicago. But sadly, the sheet was slipped in a taped cardboard sleeve with no protection of any kind. Hence, we discovered that it was damaged in shipping with a slightly curved bent in the plate. Completely unusable.
