I started May of 2022 with the Co. website simulator and created a perfect 20 x 22 garage. In July of 2022, the crew arrived at 7am and by 2pm, my structure was up. I was told when the structure was finished, it would be 6 to 8 weeks for the roll-up door because it was on back order. Sept 2022 the roll-up door was installed. When I came home from work, the door was not as the simulator showed it, and the locks were on the outside. The one lock was not working and wasn’t painted properly. The entire process from quote to construction was seamless. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent!! Scheduling the build was perfect along with the exact time window of when the crew would show up at the job site on the day of the build. I bought a 20 x 30 building last year. The installation was great. I had to wait 7 months for the roll up doors. I was very patient and ok with it. I know there’s shortages on certain things. After they installed them one door was perfect, the other my wife couldn’t open. It would bind up. After numerous phone calls I was told to send a video.
