From my initial appointment with Eric Salman P.A. ,and surgeon Dr. Jackman to include his whole surgery and supporting team’s, the experience was excellent. The resulting back surgery completely resolved a debilitating leg and back pain. I would recommend the MidWest Spine and Brain Institute if you are in need of relief.
Had an appointment with Dr. Chang. He had no idea what I was there for, was condescending, absolutely no bedside manners, he made me feel so degraded, that I was an inconvenience and just another number in his books. I was ready to walk out of the room as I never felt so low as a patient.
Sign in the waiting area said if you have been waiting for more than 20 minutes, let them know. So, my husband approaches the desk and says, "who do I inform that I have been waiting for 45 minutes"? Response was a shrug. Then to add insult to injury, they stuck him in a room for 2 hours and did not tell the doctor he was there.
