Please avoid this place. Seemed like all they cared about was money. They just kept wanting to do injection after injection without help. Then they told me I needed surgery. After the surgery didn't work, they wanted to do more injections! Save yourself and go elsewhere!
Terrible place. Wouldn't send my dog there. He'd probably end up with unneeded surgery and worse pain!
This company is fantastic! Their PAs are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a diffiuclt time contacting them once or twice (phone tag), but other than that I am very happy with my care. I saw Phill, one of the PAs there, and he was great. He took all the time I needed to explain my problem and my options. He agreed to help with short-term medications for my issue. I have been waiting 2 months JUST to see Dr. Butterman and have him get the results of my MRI which i had to go get myself. It shows cysts on my spine and herniated disc at L4/L5. I thought my appt the other day was at 1145 but it was 1045 and they absolutely refused to let me see him, refused to ask for a meds refill for me and to top it off when i gave the "Customer Service Specialist" my story and frustrations with having to wait 2 months she told me my attitude was unnacceptable and she will not take it.
