Midwest Spine and Sport got my high school son running cross country pain free after one visit. After tweaking an ankle at a cross country meet and having foot pain for about a week, Dr was able to get him running pain free at 10 days post injury. Dr took his time to properly evaluate the injury and treated it with dry needling and scraping. Dr is very knowledgeable and carefully explained relevant exercises to assist in his treatment. We can’t recommend enough. Thanks again!
