This company needs to hire more qualified people when it comes to incontinence supplies. My son had to wait a month for his pullups when they were supposed to come mid-month. The insurance verification should happen sooner if you know it takes awhile to get approved. Then when the pullups finally got approved, the guy in the office ships them to the wrong address with no apology. If this happens again I'm switching back to my other company because I was called by your company with the offer to switch not the other way around... read more
Total scammers. They work along with your lawyer to drains as much money as they can to leave you with the least money possible from your settlement. They sent tons of medicine over the mail to inflate their charges when we never requested or informed of this issue.
The service at this pharmacy was amazing! It was quick and easy to get my medications. The pharmacist was very thorough explaining medication. No out of pocket expenses. 10/10 experience!
