Midwest Solar's, Schuyler, installed a warrantied micro inverter on 1 of my 13 panels that another solar company installed and then went out of business. Just took a few days and he was here, shut down system, installed new inverter, brought system back up and we were going again. He watched system for several days and everything was well. Midwest was very good to work with. Schuyler was a pleasant and informed young man about solar. Pleased
When I brought to their attention that someone who listed them as their employer was attacking a woman, black owned small business, they removed my comment and then blocked me from their FB page. Speaks volumes about the type of business they run.
Great sales service! We did not ultimately go with solar panels, but appreciate the good work they put in to produce a quote. Very professional!
