Acquired the services of Ray, from Midwest Solar and Electrical to supply and install a 5kW inverter at my home. I paid a significant amount $$$ CASH for the job, and I was specifically quoted and agreed to a 5kW system. After installation, I discovered that only a 3kW inverter had been installed instead.
