Poor customer service.
Large selection of fasteners. If something they do not have they typically able to get what you need in a couple days. I have been dealing with Midwest Socket Screw Product for 23 years. One of my better suppliers.
Not customer friendly, poor customer service, cant place a standard nut and bolt order without hearing chuckles, order has been wrong before. Lost the chance of a corporate account.
