Our first trip was the Shiloh office. We were mandated to pay an amount despite it being ran through our insurance and then had to ask for a refund on the overpayment. Today we go to this location in Columbia and we’re told the appointment time is 8:45. We arrive early around 8:20 and the office is closed. We wait for it to open to be told they do not have that appointment time ours is for 9 am.
