Went in for Sinuplasty. Office staff was kind and caring. Dr Lesko was awesome. He walked me thru the entire procedure as he performed it. He took his time and didn't rush things. Constantly checking to see if I was feeling any discomfort. Would definitely recommend him and his office to anyone needing an ENT.
This is a terrible office that does not care about their patients. I wouldn't recommend anyone being a patient here. Their Office Manager Matt Serna is disrespectful and rude and judgemental. He will shake hands and tell you everything is okay one minute and things were resolved and then turn around and still hold it against you. He will also yell at you, throw his hands up, roll his eyes, and when you ask him to write something down. He writes it sloppy and then slings the paper it back at you. I’ve been trying to get a simple appointment there for over 3 weeks. My primary care doctor put in a referral over 3 weeks ago and they still can’t get me an appointment. I call and they call but they still can’t seem to book an appointment. Understand that your health may not be as important to them as it is to you but they could at least look like they’re trying.
