I brought my 95 year old dad. I was so happy with the care he was given. Compassion and professionalism from Dr Lofchy and all his staff.
I had surgery with Dr. Ryan B. Smith, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and patient. He explains everything clearly, answers every question, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. The results of my procedure have been excellent so far, and his bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate ENT specialist.
I went to see Dr Lofchy yesterday and was impressed with him and his whole team! He is knowledgeable and friendly. I received clear info about what was going on with me. It was a bonus (for me) that he remembered my Dad as his patient early in his career. I would highly recommend Dr Lofchy and The Midwest Sinus Center!
Very thankful for Dr. Ryan Smith! I saw him at the Downers Grove location. He is kind, thorough, and patient. The office is timely, staff is friendly, and they were very transparent about insurance/billing. Definitely recommend.
