Dr. Smith is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He takes the time to check in, make sure you’re doing okay, and genuinely cares about his patients. The front desk staff is also amazing—everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. If you’re having surgery, I highly recommend Good Samaritan. Dr Lofchy and Dawn are wonderful! There treatments have provided me with much needed relief on my sinuses. They are very thorough and I am confident that I am receiving excellent care.

I was referred to Dr Lofchy by my primary care doctor. I called last week and left a voicemail per their phone system instructions and no one ever called me back. I called back today to try and make an appointment again and I didn’t even end up making the appointment because the person on the phone (her name was Vanessa) was incredibly rude for no reason. I would not recommend this office just based off the experience I had on the phone alone.
