I always have a pleasant experience when I see Dr.Lofchy. He and his staff have helped me tremendously!
A nightmare to schedule, finally get in and the doctor/front desk staff was extremely rude. Then I couldn’t pay through their portal and they just sent my bill to collections. Would definitely not recommend.
Dr. Smith and the staff are great from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Dr. Smith is very helpful with listening to concerns and answering all questions. I always look forward to my visits here.
I’ve been treated at the Midwest Sinus Center since early 2000 when my PCP referred me for nasal polyps and sinus issues. I had two surgeries to remove polyps and open up my sinus passages. I’ve done regular nasal irrigations and my sinuses have remained healthy. I have continued to follow-up with the group on a yearly basis and recently checked in with Dr Neal Lofchy in the Chicago location.
