I’ve been treated at the Midwest Sinus Center since early 2000 when my PCP referred me for nasal polyps and sinus issues. I had two surgeries to remove polyps and open up my sinus passages. I’ve done regular nasal irrigations and my sinuses have remained healthy. I have continued to follow-up with the group on a yearly basis and recently checked in with Dr Neal Lofchy in the Chicago location.
Very fast get to the bottom of the situation Dr Neal Lofchy is a great doctor had a nose surgery had a great recovery no problems
I saw dr. allegretti in November and December of 2024 before he retired this past year and I can say while a friendly and nice man, generally unhelpful as a doctor. his assistant who helped was equally unhelpful. he kept talking to me about allergies which is not at all what I was there for. like, not at all what I was in the office for and it is all he would talk about. Dr lofchy seemed knowledgeable enough, but the office is terribly run. I waited an hour and 15 min for the doctor to see me. In a small office of 3 rooms, there is no reason for that long of a wait. Your time is not more valuable than mine. Don't expect anyone to pick up the phone - you have to leave a message and they'll call you back usually within two days or so.
