Over time we have had to call Ted regarding our furnace, and he was always able to be here quickly, or if not would give us a time he could be here, and always showed up at time he said he could. He has been here late in the evening and early on a Sunday. Always professional, and able to resolve the issue. Prices are very fair. He is our go to person for our heating issues. Out of the handful of times he has been here, there was only one time he had to order a part, but was able to give us a temporary fix. Highly recommended... read more
