I paid extra for a rodent-proof shed, but unfortunately it hasn’t been rodent-proof at all. The roller door wasn’t sealing properly because the concrete pad is uneven, which the owner was aware of. He came out himself to adjust the door, and at the time I thought it looked good and was happy with the fix. But after a while I started noticing rats and mice getting into the shed, and I’ve also had two snakes inside.
