Lynnette has been a breath of fresh air at Midwest insurance group. She has been great at helping me navigate my new insurance needs. She listens to my concerns, explains to me as many times as I need to get it right. She worked hard to find the insurance thy worked for me. She saved me a ton of money. I worked with Brendan Dooley at MSIG for the first time to find condo association insurance after our former insurance company decided they no longer wanted this kind of business. I had no idea where to look, but I did an internet search and found MSIG. Took a chance and emailed. Brendan promptly replied. He was great to work with! Kept us informed of his progress and was very prompt in keeping us informed. Found us a great policy with reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend MSIG and Brendan Dooley.
