Sam is amazing!! If you are looking for a new roof for your fifth wheel, RV, or bumper pull this is the place to come. My husband and I took our fifth wheel here and Sam was able to do our roof, slide out, ACs, and awning. We then took the fifth wheel across the country to test it out for our family trip and flawless. Our fifth wheel feels like it is better insulated and the ACs, Sam installed work fantastic. Contacted Midwest RV roof after discovering some damage to my roof membrane while taking my trailer out of winter srorage. Sam worked with me and my insurance carrier in order to get the roof replaced with a flex armor roof. In addition they were able to diagnose and repair an electrical issue that had rendered our unit unuseable. They did a wonderful job, and the roof looks fantastic. Don't hesitate to go with this company.
I was bummed about my roof getting damaged by a branch no bigger than my pinky finger. I called Sam and he said he could help. He was very knowledgable about the product and the product exceeded my expectations I am so glad I had this roof installed by Sam. I cant stop telling people about it. Wonderful Service! Sam and his team were very patient and knowledgable as we decided to make this large investment in our 5th wheel. I drove 500 miles to go to him instead of 2 other similar franchises because of Sam's knowledge and information. This guy wants earnestly to exceed your expectations. Once we decided, the communication and pictures from Samduring the process were great. And he also called to give me options as the work progressed and he found the inevitable surprises in the roof structure.
One of the best in product, customer service and communications. As my issues involved my insurance Sam went above and beyond working with them and me. Could not be happier with the finished product.
