As someone who works in retina care, I wanted to offer some perspective on why wait times in retina clinics can sometimes be longer than expected. I was referred here and was hopeful I would get some help with my eye problem. My first appointment with Dr.Patel I found him to be dismissive and unsympathetic about my problem. He told me I would have to learn to live with it. I had a follow up appointment where I was not seen until one hour and 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have been a patient at Midwest Retina for about five years and with my current doctor, Dr. Kim for about four years. I see him roughly once every three months and I trust him whole heartedly with my vision. He has provided reassurance during difficult times and has given me the best treatment for my disease.
Dr. Borkowski is professional and very caring.
I brought my elderly father to this practice. He raves over the physician, but Tyra is RUDE and CONDESCENDING and just down right Disgusting! She needs to go and have a communication class. You need to evaluate who you have working for you. We will never be back.
