I was very impressed with working with Tammy in restoring our living room after water damage. She was very professional and friendly and explain the process and dealt with my insurance company. She kept in contact with me during the process and followed up immediately when I have a question or issue. I enjoyed working with her.
They showed up after a house fire and let's just say if I didn't kick them off my property once I found out the way they were doing business they would have taken all the insurance claim and would have left me with a mess. Double the cost of any other person I talked to after the fact. 1/2 of the information, any of them told me was correct. We experienced a septic system backup in the wee hours of the morning - Midwest was here by 8 am to review and estimate - the workers did an excellent job of the awful clean-up - were hard-working and communicative.
