Amazing response time. They drove an hour and half to save the day with huge amount of flooding in our basement which is also our main living space after not being able to get anyone close in our area out to help with the flooding due to high volumes. Very professional and kind as well. Once they were done with the majority, they left equipment to help continue drying while they answered other emergent calls in our area. I could not recommend enough!!!
Highly recommend! Luis arrived immediately after a sewage leak into our home in Door County. They quickly assessed the damage ang needs, cleaned, had fans and dehumidifiers running. He and his team are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, careful, Luis coordinates well with insurance, finds help with resources like rug, duct, rebuilding other cleaning needs, remove and will take away anything damaged and communicate well and often. He and the team have gone above and beyond to not only take care of the house, but to take care of me and my family! The best decision I've made in a long while is Midwest Restoration.
Who would have thought that a water line to a fridge ice maker would introduce me to an awesome company with some great crews! They were out right away, assessed and addressed the situation, and took care of my water leak problem. Very professional, very prompt, very personable and ya, I highly recommend Midwest Restorations! Great local company!
George and his team were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. It's quite amazing what services they have available.
