We called around 1 to confirm availability of the item we were looking for. Young man told us he had it available and to come by in an hour. We drove from the suburbs only to get here and be told he couldn’t find it someone must have bought it. Time is money in business and I’m furious that he wastes my time today. I completely understand why their rating is so low. Do better.
