I'd give ZERO stars if I could. We used Midwest Respiratory & Rehab to deliver a hospital bed to our home. We could not reach them after waiting over 8 hours for a bed that was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon. The hospice nurse called them multiple times. Finally, the after hours delivery person showed up around midnight to deliver the bed. He was a very kind young man. (The only positive experience we had this with company.) Untrained rookie tech. I spent thirteen years in DME. No sterile mattress cover. Inoperative parts on the bed. Three trips to get necessary parts. No manual crank in case of a power outage. This man was untrained. Not his fault. Management needs to pay attention.
