Driver wanted to blare his horn at me while I was backing into my driveway with my family in the car. Then the receptionist thought it was a good idea to hang up on me. Place already has 2 stars. Obviously this is a horrible company.
Unable to get a power supply cord for my ResMed Auto sense 11.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. We used Midwest Respiratory & Rehab to deliver a hospital bed to our home. We could not reach them after waiting over 8 hours for a bed that was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon. The hospice nurse called them multiple times. Finally, the after hours delivery person showed up around midnight to deliver the bed. He was a very kind young man. (The only positive experience we had this with company.)
