Never going back here. The doctor sees you for two seconds and seems to just want to move on to the next person. Not to mention the receptionists are just rude. This was my second appointment and at the first he gave me a prescription and told me how to take it about three times. This appt he told me I wasn’t supposed to take it how I was (the way HE told me to). If you are looking for a respiratory Dr. look somewhere else!

Jamie and Pam were unpleasant. Gave the me the impression that they did not want to be bothered. Jamie was extremely upset because she didn’t do her job and was caught in her lies. She was extremely unprofessional hollering in the phone. When she settled down I came back to the phone. You find people with chemically unbalanced in every facet of life. She was having more than just a bad day. SMH

Here's a rundown of my experience with this place. Scheduled an appointment to look for sleep apnea. Took off of work to go to the appointment. Waited about 25 minutes for the doctor to come in, ask me two questions, sign an order for the study to be done, and leave. Could definitely have been done over video or phone call, and the doctor seemed like he just wanted to catch up or get his day over with. They didn't tell me the next steps until I asked. I was experiencing shortness of breath for some time. I saw Dr Al-Massalkhi. I was diagnosed with COPD. He is very kind, takes his time with you & responds to my concerns when I call. I feel confident that I am receiving the best care., very happy with the practice.
