My son’s doctor is great when I get to see him. They schedule visits six weeks apart. His doctor prescribes heavy medication in between that, and when my son experienced side effects, I tried to call to talk to him and his staff is completely rude to me stating, ”He is a doctor and he’s too busy.” I replied, “ can I at least email him? This medication isn’t working and my son is having issues with it”, to which they replied no. I don't recommend this office for an actual psychiatrist. Their research may be spot on, I can't speak for that. But the office staff is truly incompetent and it is impossible to succeed that way. I felt like they always treated me with very little respect (not that it matters, but I have anxiety, and they treat you as if you are criminally insane). I am thankful that my nurse practitioner has parted ways with this company because it means that I will as well, and even then the office manager had the decency to call me a lia... read more
