I ordered two of the three gallon glass kombucha fermenting vessels with the stainless steel spigots. They arrived quickly but when i opened the second box it had a chip in the glass on the inside about halfway up the vessel. I contacted Midwest supplies immediately after taking pictures of it. The next morning I had an email saying they were shipping a new one to me. The new one also was shipped very quickly which I greatly appreciated due to the fact that I'm starting up a business.
