Midwest Regional Bank is the best bank I have had the opportunity to work with in years. They are always cordial and they understand the needs of small businesses and consumers. Sending a BIG thank you to Cindy Stapleton, SBA Commercial Loan Officer at the Phoenix branch whose help reminded us of the value of working with a smaller bank where you feel truly supported vs getting lost in the hundreds of thousands of businesses at bigger banks. She was as responsive and helpful from our first call as I'd have expected a long-time banking partner to be, and we're just a 2-person firm. This sort of personalized service is proof that small banks often work harder for small businesses.

Very dissapointed with the woman i spoke to over the phone that returned my call. I needed help with a check that was my wifes mothers that just passed away , while she was speaking with my wife she sounded very rude and was getting aggitated with her not very helpful customer service if you ask me.
