Let’s just start by saying I’m so happy I switched banks... I have been looking for a new bank that will meet all of my financial needs for a while now. I work in the Clayton area and just so happened to see Midwest Regional Bank. I went in and was helped by Emily. She kind and patient while helping me through the process of switching everything over to my new account. 10/10 would recommend!
I was just at the Arnold branch this morning, and Tawny was extremely patient and helpful when assisting me.
Definitely recommend this bank. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. Emily at the Clayton branch especially makes sure that I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in and always makes the effort to make everyone feel welcomed.
