I am receiving an infusion that has changed my life for the better; however, their front desk service is one of the worst. They're rude, and they occasionally hang up on you. There is also a lack of proper communication there. I once had a woman try and argue with me about a medication that the doctor there prescribed me. She was grilling me and claimed that I wasn't prescribed the medication. She then asked who prescribed it, and I told her that the doctor did, and they told me to call back when a refill is needed. Very excellent physician. Dr Joseph is caring, listens, provides great service
I'm keeping this vague because I don't want to get sued, which is ridiculous because it's my family's Healthcare and I should be able to give a detailed and honest review if I want without fear of repercussions, but my family has enough going on right now that I can't risk adding more. To say I'm angry and disappointed is an understatement. My dad has been a patient here for 40 years, my mom for at least 20, and we all have several medications that are prescribed by this office that we take daily.
