Very pleased with honesty!
Im pretty apprehensive. So they got a few more phone calls than normal im sure. Nice every time! Easy to understand! And I am getting my next shipment off to them. And I won't even need to call as it's a straight forward system.

so far, I am not impressed. I sent my gold and it was received by them almost 3 weeks ago and they still haven't touched it per the Lady I talked with. She told me they may get to it in a week or 2.
Doesn't support local drop off - forces customers to ship products to them. - edited based on business' response. I am not mad at all! I just felt it was necessary to provide an accurate review for a local business who forces their customers to spend money on a shipping service instead of allowing them to drop off the package at their location listed on google maps.
