Very kind staff. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. 5+++ stars.
During my MRI the male technician patted my leg multiple times until I said I don’t like to be touched. Ladies go somewhere else. *Update: Company is taking this seriously to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Refreshing to see that those in charge are making sure everyone feels safe during testing and making sure that those in their employment respect women and have a professional approach to personal space.

Called over 3 times. 1st time, the front desk gave a wrong fax number to fax the order form even after reading out the number twice. Second time, I verified the fax number that's on the website. I faxed the order form from the local UPS and had the confirmation number as well. She said she will get back in the evening, never got back. I emailed as well. Got no response. Horrible & irresponsible service with rude staff. Wouldn't recommend. I would rather get my test done in NYC on my way back. No amount of justification/comme... read more
