My complaint is the billing. I chose to make my payment on the website provided on my bill. I entered my information and bill amount and submitted the payment. After I hit submit I received a notice that there is an $11.52 payment delivery fee. I did have the option to cancel but the payment had already been submitted and shows pending on my account. Very kind staff. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. 5+++ stars.
During my MRI the male technician patted my leg multiple times until I said I don’t like to be touched. Ladies go somewhere else. *Update: Company is taking this seriously to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Refreshing to see that those in charge are making sure everyone feels safe during testing and making sure that those in their employment respect women and have a professional approach to personal space.
The lady that did my MRI & the lady up front were so helpful!
