No waiting, taken back 23 min before appt. time. Wonderful treatment!
Staff on site were amazing, but my complaint is the billing office! Rude, talk over you, dominate in talking, send me to collections even though I'm paying constantly over my balance left of 102.00! Finally, got to a manager who was nicer and less rude to get this straightened out. Would not recommend just because of their billing office!

Illegal and predatory billing practices. The issue I describe here is very similar to issues described in reviews of other Midwest Radiology offices dating back 3-4 years. Therefore, these billing issues have been long-standing and Midwest Radiology has not taken any action to resolve them. Midwest Radiology billed me $40 for services provided at the Urgency Room.
