I have been accosted by these people twice now. I offer to pay payments or partial funds and they refuse. The last time they called my ten year old daughter was in the hospital being diagnosed with cancer and I told them I couldn’t talk. They have now reported me as refusing to pay a debt. These people are heartless and have jo desire to help others. Take a payment and give me a break until my life gets figured out!

Received services in June 2020 and 7 months later I'm turned over to collections for $28.01. I never received a statement and therefore had no idea I had a balance. I called the billing office and was told they sent one statement in August 2020 and no additional statements. Who turns their patients over to collections after ONE statement (which I never received) and no follow up? I would have gladly paid my $28.01 bill had I known about it. This is RIDICULOUS and poor patient service!!
Not really transparent. This is actually a third party with a different name.
They are terrible people. They only care about conversations among themselves. You could be having a heart attack sitting right next to them and they wouldn't notice. When I asked a question about if I could use the bathroom I received a look like I was a criminal for interrupting a personal conversation among a female and male employee. My questions were never answered and I had to wait more than a hour before I could finally use the facilities.
