My doctor gave me a referral for an ultrasound to this place. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist first argued with me over my name (apparently women can't have two last names). She finally gave up on that and entered my information in, but then refused to make the appointment for a diagnostic ultrasound because (and this is extremely baffling so bear with me) they only perform ultrasounds on people who have a diagnosis. I am a doctor who needed a CT scan as a patient. Went to a specialist and then the specialist sent the scan Midwest without my knowledge. Midwest billed my insurance, got a rejection (due to referral issues), didn't contact me in any way, billed me, then sent a derogatory mark on my credit. I never even knew they existed! I canceled my appointment with them a few days in advance because I found someone in my insurance network. I never went to the appointment and cancelled in a timely manner. They hit my credit for $700. It's in dispute now. Never should have done such a deceptive thing.
